Inception & Regulatory Foundation
Official inception of Bulsho Development Bank on 16 November 2022. Banking license application submitted and approved in early 2023.
Core Systems & BulshoPay
Core Banking System vendor contract signed in July. BulshoPay development vendor engaged in August and development commenced.
Digital Development & Infrastructure
BulshoPay development completed. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure prepared alongside on-premise infrastructure. UI/UX design started for Mobile & Internet Banking. KM4 Head Office & HQ Branch construction commenced.
Core Banking Implementation
CBS implementation and parameterization completed. Core technical and superuser training conducted. KM4 Head Office & HQ Branch handed over. Suuqbacaad Branch construction commenced.
Grand Opening & Full Operations
Grand Opening Ceremony held on 17 February 2026. The bank officially became fully operational, commencing retail and corporate banking services.
