Retail Banking Agent (RBA)

Job Sumary 

Bulsho Development Bank is seeking energetic, professional, and target-driven Retail Banking Agents to join our growing team. The Retail Banking Agent is responsible for promoting and selling the Bank’s retail banking products and services, acquiring new customers, supporting account opening processes, generating deposits, and representing the Bank professionally in the market to support business growth and customer outreach. 

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the Bank’s products and services to individuals, businesses, youth, women groups, NGOs, and other target customers. 

• Acquire new customers and support customer onboarding in line with KYC requirements. 

• Open and facilitate funded CIFs / customer accounts as per approved procedures. 

• Mobilize deposits and grow branch customer base. 

• Identify and onboard prominent / high-value customers. 

• Deliver marketing messages and create awareness about Bank services. 

• Maintain positive and professional image of the Bank at all times. 

• Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information. 

• Report weekly activities and sales performance to Branch Manager. 

• Ensure confidentiality of customer and Bank information. 

• Comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and ethical standards. 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 

• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage. 

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

• Self-motivated and target-driven personality. 

• Good ethics, honesty, and professional behavior. 

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & internet usage). 

• Ability to build relationships with diverse customer groups. 

• English and Arabic language skills are an added advantage. 

• Ability to provide guarantor and meet security clearance requirements.
